[RemoteView] Service Update Notice – June 4-5, 2026

Dear RemoteView Users,

We are performing a service update to improve our quality and provide a more stable experience. Please note that connections may be temporarily unstable during the update. We will continue to do our best to provide better services.

◆ Key Update Details

  • User & Organization Management Enhancements
    • Refined permission policies for Remote PC and User/Organization management
    • Role-based access controls updated: Admins, Designated Managers, and General Managers now have clearly defined scopes for agent group creation, movement, deletion, and access assignment
    • User-related menus previously under the Remote PC tab have been consolidated under the User/Organization tab
  • Security Policy Improvements
    • Usage statistics visibility is now restricted by role: users can only view activity history within their own permission scope and assigned groups
  • New Features & Improvements
    • Excel Export: Added "Agent-Installed User Info" column ([InstalledUser]) to exported files under Remote PC Management
    • Virtual Monitor Control: Added an admin-level option to enable or disable virtual monitor usage (Enterprise accounts only; accessible via Settings > Master Options)
    • AOS Agent – Clipboard Sync: Added clipboard synchronization support for Android agents, including a dedicated send button in the UI
    • Virtual Experience UI: Improved naming and page layout for the virtual experience feature
  • AOS / iOS Viewer – Common Improvements
    • Auto-Scroll: The screen now automatically scrolls when the mouse pointer approaches the keyboard area
    • Text Retention: Text being typed is preserved even when switching apps or closing with the 'X' button
  • iOS Viewer
    • Implemented Custom Navigation Bar for Xcode 26
  • RX Viewer (Windows)
    • Added AV1 video codec support (Win-to-Win only; available on high-performance PCs)
    • Added H/W Encoder (xEnc) ON/OFF toggle in Settings > Display (applicable when codec is set to H.265 or AV1)
