We would like to inform you that the RemoteView SaaS DB index addition (improving timeout issues for large-volume data queries) has been completed.

◆ Work Summary

• Date/Time: October 1, 2026 (Thu) 19:00 – October 2, 2026 (Fri) 02:35 (KST)

• Note: Performed without service interruption for Korea/Japan services (the Korea bypass server was briefly stopped during the work).

◆ Key Work Details

Added DB indexes to improve query performance

• Timeout issue occurring when large customer accounts retrieve/export large volumes of data
• Added DB indexes related to usage statistics/stats/log query timeouts (15 sec)
• Improved timeout for general-user count and general-user list queries

◆ Additional Notes

RV demo sign-up on the brand site has been temporarily suspended.
It will resume after a security patch is applied on Friday, October 2.
